How do I submit my license requirement?

Download and sign the first page of the License Validation Form, which can be found in your account when you click on your order. Once you sign the first page of the form, send the form to your licensing agency and request they complete it in its entirety and send it directly to CGFNS. Instructions for the licensing body are detailed on the form.
