CGFNS International, Inc., the world’s largest credential evaluation organization for nursing and the healthcare community, is pleased to announce that leading Canadian nurse regulator, Mary-Anne Robinson BN, MSA, RN is joining CGFNS International as a consultant serving in the role of Chief Client Engagement Officer (CCEO).
“I am very excited to welcome Mary-Anne to CGFNS International, Inc as the first Canadian nurse member of our leadership team,” said Franklin A. Shaffer, EdD, RN, FAAN, FFNMRCSI, President and CEO. Mary-Anne brings significant expertise and contributions to the nurse profession and regulator communities in Canada in her recent roles as CEO of the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta, Board Chairperson of the National Nursing Assessment Service, Board Director for the Canadian Council of Registered Nurse Regulators and Advisor the Canadian Nurse Association Board of Directors. Mary-Anne also held senior roles in the delivery of health services in Manitoba, Canada where she led implementation of primary health care models on behalf of government and the largest urban regional health authority in the province. Mary-Anne holds an assistant adjunct professorship with the University of Alberta faculty of nursing and is a member of the editorial advisory board for the Canadian Journal of Nursing Leadership.
As the Chief Client Engagement Officer for CGFNS International Inc., Mary-Anne will join the CGFNS leadership team to forge, build and enhance the experience of CGFNS stakeholders. Mary-Anne holds a Master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Central Michigan and a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Manitoba.
