CGFNS International, Inc., the largest credentials evaluation organization in the world, is investing in a communications and digital transformation to better serve migrating healthcare professionals. As the first step in the organization’s process of digital transformation, a newly reengineered website offers applicants quick and easy access to essential information concerning CGFNS programs, services, and policies.
“CGFNS’ new website will offer more timely, individualized guidance to healthcare professionals needing academic and professional credentials analysis to continue their education and practice abroad,” said Franklin A. Shaffer, EdD, RN, FAAN, FFNMRCSI, President and CEO of CGFNS. “Navigating the website will be much easier with our improved search capabilities and design, as we strive for increased self-service functionality for our applicants,” added Dr. Shaffer.
With the unprecedented complexity and multifaceted nature of global mobility, CGFNS has focused on the applicant journey to improve engagement and overall experience with program and service fulfillment. As such, the new website provides improved navigational tools and an updated Knowledge Base, along with other upgrades to enhance our capacity and capability in serving the needs of multi-national, multi-generational healthcare professionals.
“Our website transformation is an essential strategic step in a much larger digital initiative in supporting the life pursuits of health professionals around the globe,” said Dr. Shaffer.
“Research predicts that migration is projected to increase even more than it has in the past few years as we live in a growing mobile society. Migration should ensure immigrants have a safe, dignified and respectful process.”
