About the Credentials Evaluation Service

The CGFNS International Credentials Evaluation Service (CES) analyzes the credentials of multiple types and levels of health care professionals who are educated outside of the United States and who wish to pursue licensure or academic admission in the United States.

The CES report is advisory in nature and does not make specific placement recommendations. The process generally takes from 6 to 8 weeks after receipt of all required documentation and fees. Processing times may vary during periods of high volume.

The resulting CES report serves as a valuable tool for regulatory/licensing agencies, specialty certification authorities, academic institutions, immigration attorneys, prospective employers and others. It also helps qualified applicants demonstrate the merits of their credentials with regard to U.S. standards, facilitating their pursuit of educational or career opportunities in the United States. We suggest you contact the organization (the recipient) that asked to receive your CES Report and find out which type of report they require.

•	Credentials Evaluation Service (CES): Reprocess an Expired Full Education Course-By-Course Report order Initial order was paid in full and applicant did not meet the requirements of the CES Program within the first 12 months of placing the initial order and wants to continue with the service	$108.00¹
•	Credentials Evaluation Service (CES): Reprocess an Expired Healthcare Profession & Science Report order Initial order was paid in full and applicant did not meet the requirements of the CES Program within the first 12 months of placing the initial order and wants to continue with the service	$88.00¹
•	CGFNS Language Report: English English proficiency report included with CES report for select Boards of Nursing	$75.00/each
•	Additional CES report recipients Two recipients are included with all reports	$50.00/each

¹Applicants will be given 12 months to meet the requirements of the program before the order is expired. Once an order that has been paid in full is expired, an applicant has up to one year (12 months) to apply to reprocess an expired order and pay the reprocess fee associated with this service. An applicant with an expired order that has not been paid in full must submit a new order with the full fee to continue the service. Reprocess orders will remain open for another 12 months starting from the date the reprocess order is placed. A reprocess order can only be placed for an expired order with full payment.
